No. Setup, onboarding, and your custom AI agent build are all included at no extra cost. You only pay your monthly plan fee.
What happens if I go over 150 calls on the Starter plan? +
Additional calls are billed at $0.75 each. No surprises - you'll see your usage in real time. If you're consistently going over, we'll recommend upgrading to the Growth plan for unlimited calls and more features.
Can I switch plans anytime? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties, no paperwork.
Do I need a credit card to sign up? +

AI Message Shield is included with every Growth and Pro plan. It connects to your SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and Google Business Messages. Inbound messages hit your AI first - routine questions get auto-replied, spam gets filtered out, and only the messages that actually need your attention reach your phone. You see everything in a summary, but you only get interrupted by what matters.
How does annual billing work? +
Annual plans save you 20% and are billed as a single payment at the start of the year. You get the same features and flexibility - the only difference is the discount for committing upfront.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Cancel anytime with zero fees. Monthly plans end at the current billing cycle. Annual plans can be canceled for a prorated refund of unused months. No hoops, no retention calls.
